Creating a User for Officewyse
Step 1: Go to https://casamba.force.com/s/login/
Step 2: Log in using your credentials
Step 3: Click support at the top of the page
Step 4: Click New to start a new case
Step 5: Under status make sure New is selected. Then under Product select Home – Technical. Then under Product Area select Parallels
Step 6: Under subject type New user: Jared Katz Clinician (or whatever their name and position is). Copy and paste that under description
*There are three options when attaching a position to the new employee. The are Clinician, Biller, and scheduler. If the employee is a biller they get biller next to their name and if scheduler they get scheduler. If they are not either of those then always default it to clinician.
Step 7: Click save
*They take 24-72 hours to respond so you will have to check back to see if they created the username
