Deleting and Reactivating Email (Microsoft) Users

Step 1: Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/homepage

Step 2: Log in to your admin portal page

Step 3: Click on Users then active users

Step 4: Search for the user you are looking for

Step 5: Click on the user

Step 6: Click the three dots next to the key and select delete user

Step: 7 Click delete user

*Before clicking delete user the second time. You have the choice allowing someone else to check or have access to the email account

 

Reactivating User

Step 1: Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/homepage

Step 2: Log in to your admin portal page

Step 3: Click on Users then active users

Step 4: Search for the user you are looking for

Step 5: Select the user

Step 6: Click Restore

*A user can only be reactivated for 30 days
