Inactivating and Reactivating Users in Healthwyse Mobile

Step 2: Log on under your user

Step 3: Search for the employee

Step 4: Click the User

Step 5: Click Edit

Step 6: Change Active to No

Step 7: Click save

Reactivating User

Step 1: Go to https://mobile.healthwyse.com/login

Step 2: Log on under your user

Step 3: Search for the employee but make sure the Include Inactive Users is checked

Step 4: Select the user

Step 5: Click edit

Step 6: Change active to yes

Step 7: Click save
